Availability & Exclusivity
The Core Shells: Flagship Series
Each Core Shell design has a limit of 10 cases to retain their exclusivity. This extreme rarity ensures that your setup remains a singular piece of the Collective. Because of its exclusivity and its one-time-only status as a flagship release, these pieces carry a premium price point. Once these 10 units are gone, the design will never return.
We do plan to release new Core Shell designs every 2 months. Please keep an eye on our socials for when these designs are announced!
The Core Shell: Foundation Series
Unlike our Flagship series, these are not capped at 10 units. We assign stock to these designs based on current artist collaborations and material availability. While they may sell out temporarily, they are restocked periodically as supplies allow, giving more collectors the chance to own our core designs.
The Artifacts
Artifacts are the essential companions to your setup. These items are part of our ongoing collection and are restocked as soon as materials are secured. While the designs are created in collaboration with our artists, the availability of these items depends on our current supply levels. If an item is out of stock, it will return as soon as a new batch is ready for release.
Material & Care Guidelines
Design Material: We use a specialized polymer-ink and industrial-grade film that is bonded to the hardware, making the art scratch-resistant, waterproof, and heat-resistant.
Hand-Assembled: Because this process is done by hand, minor imperfections or slight variations in the finish may occur. These are not defects but a hallmark of the handcrafted nature of the Collective.
Packaging: Your case will be shipped in its original Darkflash DB330M box with the original internal protective materials to ensure it arrives safely at your door.
Placement: Keep the shell away from direct, prolonged sunlight to prevent UV-related fading of the custom pigments.
Ventilation: Ensure at least 3–4 inches of clearance around the intake and exhaust areas to prevent heat buildup, which can affect the shell's longevity.
Avoid Chemicals: Strictly avoid ammonia, bleach, or alcohol-based cleaners, as these can strip the protective coating or dull the artist's colors.
POLICIES
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENSING
Artist Ownership: The Artist retains full copyright to the original Artwork.
Exclusive License: Kuiper Collective holds the exclusive commercial license to reproduce and sell this Artwork on PC hardware. This design is authorized for this 10-unit run only and will not be found anywhere else in the world. Unauthorized reproduction or resale of this design on hardware is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY & CUSTOMS
Shipping Fees & Third-Party Delivery
Ships from Philippines.
We currently ship to Asia, Oceania, and North America for now.
All shipping costs are shouldered by the buyer and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that once your order leaves the Collective, it is in the hands of a third-party courier. While we only partner with reputable carriers, Kuiper Collective is not liable for delivery delays caused by weather, logistics, or carrier-specific issues.
International Customs & Duties
For our international collectors, please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not liable for these additional charges or any delays caused by your country's customs clearance process.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
We work to get your products out as efficiently as possible. Please use the following as a general guide:
- Domestic (Philippines): Up to 1 week.
- International: 2–3 weeks (subject to customs processing).
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Returns & Exclusivity
Due to the exclusive, limited-edition nature of our Core Shells and the support we provide to our Filipino artists with every sale, we do not accept returns. Each piece is a unique addition to the Collective, and all sales are considered final once the product has been shipped.
Shipping & Courier Liability
While we take meticulous care in prepping your order for its journey, Kuiper Collective is not liable for the handling or transit of items once they are in the possession of the courier. We recommend inspecting your package immediately upon arrival.
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a strictly case-by-case basis. To be considered for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Evidence: You must provide clear documentation (photos/video) of the issue.
- Evaluation: Approval is subject to our assessment of the product’s state and the specific reason provided.
- State of Product: Refunds will not be granted for issues arising from improper setup, "Core Shell" modifications, or general wear and tear.
Cancellations
To maintain our streamlined fulfillment process and ensure our artists are compensated fairly, we do not accept order cancellations once a purchase has been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your checkout.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods supported at checkout. For our Filipino customers, we offer additional local payment options (such as GCash or Bank Transfer) for your convenience. Please Contact Us or message us on our Instagram to settle your order via a local method.
Final Sale Policy
All transactions are processed in your currency (e.g., USD/PHP). Please be advised that all sales are final. By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy.
Secure Transactions
Your security is our priority. All payments are processed through encrypted, secure gateways to ensure your financial data remains protected. Once a payment is confirmed, your order enters our fulfillment queue and cannot be canceled.
